S2 Institute instructor Lt. Col. Bart Klootwijk is an independent consultant and trainer in the field of security and intelligence and president of Vigilance B.V. in Eindhoven, Netherlands. Mr. Klootwijk is also the chairman of the examination committee of the European Security & Intelligence Foundation (ESIF) with focus on Predictive Profiling and intelligence analysis.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Klootwijk was a Lieutenant-Colonel and counterintelligence officer with the Royal Netherlands Air Force and served internationally in multiple NATO led peace-keeping and peace-enforcing missions.
